Katie Taylor joins us from Memphis, TN where she is a toddler mama, run coach, and talented runner. As a recent convert to trail running, she shares why she made the decision to start on trails, what training looks like for trail running, and how she finds time to balance doing so many things while still being a solid athlete. She shares what it's like being a stroller pushing mama, what nutrition for a 50k looks like for her, and her experience as a run coach.
